Red Lion NT24k-12FXE4-SC-40 is a Gigabit (GbE/GigE) industrial managed Ethernet switch designed for robust performance in demanding environments. It features SNMP v1, v2, v3, and Web Browser Management for comprehensive control, alongside SSH/SSL/HTTPS for secure communication. The device supports IEEE 802.1x with RADIUS Remote Server Authentication, Multi-Member N-Ring Technology with 30ms healing for network resilience, and N-Link Redundant Ring Technology for enhanced reliability. N-View Monitoring Technology, EtherNet/IP CIP Messaging, and Web configuration are integrated for efficient network management. It also offers IGMP Auto Configuration, 802.1Q tag VLAN and Port VLAN, 802.1p QoS and Port QoS, SNTP, Event Log/Syslog, Port Trunking, and Port Mirroring for advanced network configuration and monitoring. The switch is equipped with 16k MAC addresses, mounts via DIN rail, and operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. Connection options include 8 x RJ45 ports (10/100/1000BaseTX) and 4 x SC fiber optic connectors (single-mode; 100BaseFX; 40km rated optical fiber), catering to a wide range of networking requirements. Part of the N-Tron NT24k series, it is powered by a 10-49Vdc supply (12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc) and housed in a metallic case for durability. The switch supports Ethernet communication protocol and has a 12-port connection capacity, with ESD and Surge protection on power inputs ensuring device safety.
